3操作程序

3.1检测人员应根据技术资料要求，确定检测标准、检测部位，及检测等级、检测比例、合格级别。 Inspector should confirm the test standard, test site, and test grade, detection ratio, qualified level according to the technical informationboin
3.2清洁表面，测量前，应清除表面上的任何附着物质，如尘土、油脂及腐蚀物质等覆盖层物质。
Before measurement，anything sticked to the surface should be sweep away，covering material such as dust, grease and corrosion substances.
3.3检查电源
Power checking
3.4将测头置于开放空间，按一下“on”键，开机。乙基氯化物
Put the searching unit in an open place，press “on”to start.
织物柔软剂
●开机后，出现“5900”可以正常使用，反之则应校准仪器。
止推垫圈After starting ,if 5900 appeared ,then it can work, whereas the instrument should be calibrated
3.5材料选择：
select materials
出现5900可以直接检测碳钢材料，如测量其它材料，按VEL键进行选择(参见设备说明书);
When 5900 appeared ,it can check the CS material,if check other materials ,press VEL to select(Refer to the equipment specification)
3.6仪器的校准

给仪器标准块上涂抹耦合剂，使探头与标准块垂直接触，轻按住探头，仪器显示〈4.0mm〉，即完成探头校准。 Apply the coupling agent to the standard block of the instrument, make the probe contact with the st
andard block, and gently hold the probe. The instrument shows < 4.0mm >, which is to complete the probe calibration.
3.6测量
measurement
首先在被测表面位置涂抹耦合剂，然后迅速将探头与测试面垂直地接触并轻轻压住，屏幕显示测量值，提起测头可进行下次测量；如果在测量中测头放置不稳，显示一个明显的可疑值，可挪动探头或左右旋转探头，最后选取最小测量数值。每钢板检测8处，每处测量三次，取平均值。
First apply the coupling agent to the measured surface,thenmake the probe contact with the measured surface verticality, and gently hold the probe.The screen shows the measured value and the head can be measured for the next measurement. If the head is not stable in the measurement, a clear suspicious value can be displayed, the probe can be moved left and right, and the minimum measured value is selected. Each steel plate should be measured 8 place, each measurement three times, take the average.
3.7关机
Shut off
在无任何操作的情况下，大约2～3min后仪器自动关机。
In the absence of any operation, the instrument automatically shuts off after about 2 ~ 3min.
4原始记录及报告
Original records and reports
4.1原始数据记录在记录表格中，并由现场检测人员签字。
Original data is recorded in the table,and signed by inspector
4.2检测报告内容必须包括必要的检测信息，符合标准、规范、规程的要求，并与相应的原始记录一致。 Report should include necessary inspection information,accord with天the standard、specification，regulation，and consistent with the relevant original record
4.3如检测报告的内容是有关复检检测的内容，检测报告上应有明确的标记。
If the content of the test report is related to the content of the review, the test report should be clearly marked.
