摘  要
本文研究了利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取薰衣草精油的工艺,研究不因素对产率的影响。薰衣草在室温下,研究液料比蒸馏时间和浸泡时间对精油提取率变化的影响,航空母舰模型通过分析试验来探讨最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在液料比方面,随着液料比的增加,精油提取率出现先增后减的现象。在浸泡时间和蒸馏时间方面,随时间的增加,精油提取率也出现先增后减的现象。综上所述,液料比1:16蒸馏时间1h,浸泡时间1h 为最佳条件。

In this paper, the extraction of lavender essential oil by steam distillation was studied, and the effects of different factors on yield were studied. The effects of liquid to material ratio, distillation time and soaking time on the extraction rate of essential oil were studied at room temperature. The optimum conditions were discussed by analytical test. The results showed that the extraction rate of essential oil increased first and then decreased with the increase of liquid to liquid ratio. In the soaking time and distillation time, with the increase of time, the extraction rate of essential oil also increased first and then decreased. In summary, the ratio of liquid to material 1:16, distillation time 1h, soaking time 1h is the best condition.
