年产1000万片头孢氨苄生产车间工艺设计

摘要

本设计为年产1000万片头孢氨苄片生产车间工艺设计。头孢氨苄片是采用头孢羟氨苄为主要原料配以辅料淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉压制而成。按照制剂车间工艺设计要求，本文从生产方法、工艺流程、物料衡算、设备工艺设计、主要设备选型、厂址选择、车间组成与设备布置、公用工程用量、两废的处理以与防火安全卫生等方面进行了全面的设计。

该设计成果主要采用的形式为工艺流程示意图1，工艺流程图1，物料平衡图1，设备布置图1，车间设备布置图1，厂区平面图1，劳动组织分配图1，并编写了详细的数据说明。
