Abstract: With the development of communication technology, computer technology and Internet technology ceaselessly, It has produced one kind of brand-new CTI (Computer Telecommunication Integration) technology, making use of the CTI technology it can able to combine voice and data transmission, to bring merits into full play respectively, however, on the basis of CTI technology, Value-added communications services is the rapid development of a new value-added services. The most important application is the development of calling center systems, and it is the value-added service development trends in the future communication field, and it isposses great business opportunities and research value.
