摘  要
智能建筑是利用系统集成方法,将计算机、通信技术、信息技术与建筑艺术有机结合对设备
进行自动监控,对信息资源进行管理和对使用者的信息服务与建筑优化组合,获得投资合理、适合需要、安全、高效、舒适、便利灵活的建筑物。楼宇自动化系统 (Building Automation System)是楼宇内以微处理器为主导的自动化设备的控制系统,其服务对象是现代化的建筑。本设计主要针对楼控系统中空调机组系统以及其外围设备的研究,侧重研究美国艾顿公司基于BACnet通信协议而开发的BACtalk楼宇自控系统,此系统具有良好的灵活性和开放性。本设计又以青岛极地海洋世界极地馆中央空调为例着重对空调机组进行研究。

ABSTRACT

able, convenient flexible buildings.Building Automation System (Building Automation System) is Building in microprocessor as the leading Automation equipment control System, the service object is a modern Building. This design is mainly aimed at building in the control system of the air conditioning unit system, and its peripherals. This design is focused on the United States a BACnet communication based on ai agreement with good flexibility and openness and development BACtalk building automation system, the design and to Qingdao polar ocean polar world museum central air conditioning, for example focuses on the air conditioning unit for research.
