饲料的粉碎在生产过程中是非常重要的一个程序。本次设计的锤片式粉碎机就是当前粉碎机中最为广泛的一种，它的原理是利用高速旋转的锤片来击碎饲料，低速的物料在首次与高速的锤片发生剧烈的撞击后，被撞击拉入加速区，在此颗粒速度能在很短的时间被提高到接近锤片的末端线速度，并随着锤片一起作圆周运动，而在全速区逐渐形成物料环流层，同时物料也得到进一步的粉碎。它不但有通用性广、效率高、粉碎质量好的优点，而且还有操作维修方便、动力消耗低等优点。

本次的设计对粉碎机的每个零件都做了很详细地计算，比如锤片的安装、主轴的计算及筛片的选择和计算。力求设计的粉碎机有便于拆卸、操作简便、度产量高等优点。我想对今后的先进锤片式粉碎机的设计以及推广、进一步理论研究起到了一定的作用。 关键词：粉碎、饲料、锤片式粉碎机智能回收机
