        【摘 要】研究了目前市场上各种典型型号不饱和聚酯团状模塑料UP-BMC的阻燃性能,了解目前国产BMC的阻燃性能的发展现状,阐述了BMC燃烧性、氧指数、炽热棒燃烧试验及灼热丝可燃性指数(GWFI萨纳克)之间的关系,分析了影响BMC阻燃性能的关键因素。研究表明:阻燃型BMC的阻燃性能要明显优于非阻燃型芯片生产BMC,同时各个阻燃性能之间存在一定的关联性,BMC7-adca中添加的阻燃剂是影响材料阻燃性能的关键因素。

        AbstractThe flame retardancy of UP-BMC a typical model unsaturated polyester slug molding compound was studied in this paper. The current situation of flame retardancy of BMC in China was studied. The flammability oxygen index Burning test and glow wire flammability index GWFI), the key factors influencing the flame retardancy of BMC were analyzed. The results show that the flame retardancy of flame retardant BMC is obviously better than that of non-flame retardant BMC and there is a certain correlation between the flame retardant properties. The flame retardant added in BMC is the key factor that affects the flame retardancy of the material.
