图解摩托车化油器清洗

贴的开始前先来玩个小时候玩过的游戏,把一根细管插入水中,往露出水面的管口水平吹气,很奇怪,竟然可以吹出水。等学到物理时才明白,管口经过吹气,压力相对管外要小,水自然是往压力小的地方跑。这也是化油器的工作原理。如下图

第一个拆的是最常见的化油器,很多CG125都用.甚至小链机也用.

    拆化油器前先拆下火花塞.看火花塞的燃烧颜可以大概知道这台发动机的运转情况.要是烧得太黑,说明混合气体太浓.也就是是进到气缸的空气太少.这时很多人会第一时间说调整化油器.其实很多情况下是空气滤芯堵了.要是火花塞又湿又黑.这时候就算你把化油器调烂也没用.因为问题出来中缸和活塞环上.
    象这个火花塞烧得就很好.有谁不服拿出来比比.有了这样的颜我自然省心很多,把化油器拆开简单清洗一下就OK.

用电筒往里面照,也可以了解很多关于发动机的情况.可以看到活塞顶的积碳,气门密封边磨损的程度.
外面的油迹是缸盖漏下来的.
交代清楚就开始拆了,先拧松空滤接口锣钉.

拆下这两颗锣母后,往后一拉.化油器就算拆下了.

倔篇?那来那么多日本制造哦.不过看做工还不错,再想起火花塞漂亮的颜.智能电表芯片就算它是日本制造的吧

图中画圈是化油器的通气孔,叫它平衡孔也行,作用是平衡化油器里面的空气.不至于造成真空.导致气油进不到气缸.这个孔应该有根油管套住的.这样脏东西想进去就难些.可有些车这条油管太长,离地面很近.就很容易被泥土堵塞,干的时候勉强有空气进去,可一下雨就会完全堵塞.这时候不死火就怪了.可是到修理店,修理工只会想到电路.有多少个会到是这条管堵塞了的?

拧开这个盖子时,由于里面有弹簧,所以边拧边往下压.

节气阀.我们喜欢叫它水桶.
下次你要是去买节气阀.就直接说买水桶.售货员会认为你是修车高手的.

拆出油门线.

拆化油器.我觉得最难就是拆化油器上的锣钉了.小小的.稍不小心就会拧花.再加上有些人怕漏油,拼了命上紧.估计吃奶的力气都用上了.所以拆这些锣钉的时候第一要用好的工具.以前我为了拆这些锣钉,专门买了进口工具.可惜啊, 都被人借走了.
第二用力要均匀,边拧边用力下压.这些只用文字就很难说清楚了.多动手就会熟练.记得以前我收的学徒,第一个月只教他们怎么拧锣丝

这时候就可以揭开油底壳.

不算很脏,我以前见过有半杯油泥的.
要避免有油泥,1加装汽车用的过滤器.2时不时拧开放油锣钉放掉脏油.

1:主喷嘴.2:怠速喷嘴.3:混合比调整锣钉.

先拆浮子,这个销子很松,轻轻一顶就出来了.要是碰到很紧的那种.除非是非拆不可,否则我劝你还是不拆为好.

画圈是浮子的舌片.是调油面高低的.印象中也就调过几次.
往下压舌片是把油面调低.反之调高.我在后面在详细说明.

三角针阀.画圈是它的工作面.工作面损伤会导致化油器漏油.

再说一次油面的调整方法.
往下压舌片,冰棍机舌片和三角针阀距离就近了.油面相应就低.

这个方向压舌片是调高油面.

拆下主喷嘴.它是铜做的.拆的时候要小心.
