摘 要
钢板弹簧是汽车悬架中应用最广泛的一种弹性元件,随着钢板弹簧产品结构的调整,新型弹簧钢材料不断出现,人们对金属材料的性能要求越来越高,相应的热处理工艺参数也要随之不断调整。由相关文献资料得知,影响钢板弹簧性能的主要热处理因素有奥氏体化温度、保温时间和冷却条件,回火温度和回火时间。本文研究了50CrVA钢板弹簧的主要热处理参数对钢板弹簧性能的影响,试验过程中对每一个实验组的金相组织、硬度、抗拉强度和断口形貌进行了检测和分析,通过正交试验和minitab软件田口设计分析确定了50CrVA钢板弹簧的淬火—回火工艺:900℃淬火+420℃回火60min。 关键词:50CrVA,钢板弹簧,热处理,正交试验
ABSTRACT

During the experiment the experimental group for each microstructure, hardness, tensile strength and fracture surface were detected and analyzed. In this paper, the main heat treatment parameters on the performance of 50CrVA leaf spring have been researched,By orthogonal test and minitab software analysis of Taguchi Design we determined the 50CrVA leaf spring quenching-tempering process: quenching at 900℃ and tempering at 420℃ and heat 60min.
