Abstract
This paper mainly introduces a kind of automatic guided vehicle’s design scheme based on sunplus SPCE061A microprocessor as control unit with emphasis on systematic research and discussion for the control system software. The car is mainly constituted by the LCD module, 4 * 4 keyboard, NRF2401 wireless control, dc motors, step motor, ultras
onic module, photoelectric switches, mma7260 triaxial acceleration, double H bridge driving circuit (driver dc motor), CCC - SP1508 (step-motor drive) and driving power supply module and various connecting boards. This system can accomplish wireless control, follow trace, obstacle avoidance, location and video identification, and other functions.
