摘要
随着市场需求的多样化和个性化，多品种小批量生产己成为当今工业企业主要的生产方式之一。这种生产方式最大的特点就是能够比较灵活地适应市场的多样化需求，但同时也给生产和机器管理带来了诸多困难，如产品品种多，而产量各不相同，工艺路线也不相同，生产能力的计划和利用困难大，产品生产计划和控制难度加大了。过去人们对这种生产类型生产作业计划的安排多采用甘特图、网络计划技术、任务分配等方法，但这些方法已不适应企业信息化和市场越来越多变的环境，也不利于企业对市场需求做出快速反应。因此，如何进行多品种小批量生产计划与控制己经成为国内外广泛关注的问题之一，本文根据多品种小批量生产的主要特点，以使它做到准时准量为出发点，着重研究了用什么样的优化方法来进行多品种小批量生产计划与控制优化，以提高多品种小批量生产的生产效率。本文包含以下几个部分。首先分析了多品种小批量生产国内外研究的现状和存在的问题，接下来将多品种小批量的生产流程按多种方式进行组织，并分析了各种生产流程组织形式的共性与个性。最后，针对多品种小批量不同生产流程组织形式的共性和个性，在充分吸收MRPII, JIT, OPT及传统计划方法优点的基础上，首先提出了多品种小批量生产计划与控制优化技术的指导思想和基本原则。在此基础上，进行了生产计划优化和生产控制优化以及生产计划和控制的集成优化。 有效地解决了多品种小批量生产中存在的生产瓶颈问题，能够给多品种小批量生产企业带来明显的经济效益。

1绪论
1.1多品种小批量生产方式
亚克力纸巾盒多品种小批量生产，顾名思义，即产品品种多，而生产的批量却是很小的。在20世纪70年代中期以前，生产的发展赶不上需求的增长，在世界范围内市场大体仍属卖方市场。产品处于一种供不应求的状态，企业只要保证生产能力和基本的产品质量即可。因此，当时企业的最大特点是以单一品种(或少品种)的大批量生产来降低成本。以美国福特汽车公司为例，福特汽车公司的T型车从1908年开始生产，连续生产了20年，累计产量达1500万辆。钢丝扣
20世纪70年代以后随着生产和经济的发展，市场需求逐渐呈饱和趋势，买卖关系中的主导权转到了买方，由卖方市场转变为买方市场，消费者的行动变得更具有选择性，市场需求开始朝着多样化方向发展。顾客对产品质量、性能的要求变得更高，更苛刻。不仅要求产品价廉物美，还要求能满足顾客的个性化需求。市场需求的多样化使得以往单一品种大批量生产，靠扩大产量降低成本的生产方式，逐渐无法适应今天的要求，.因此要求企业转向多品种小批量生产。另一方面，飞速发展的电子技术、自动化技术以及计算机技术等，从生产工艺技术以及生产管理方法两方面，都对大量生产方式向多品种小批量生产方式的转换提供有力的支持。因此，多品种小批量生产方式己成为现代社会生产方式的主流。据统计，美日等国的制造业有75%左右是处于多品种小批量生产类型，我国机械制造行业约95%左右的企业是属于这种生产类型的，以下按照工艺过程将生产制造类型分类，如下图1.1所示。但是，多品种小批量生产品种繁多，每一品种的数量甚少，生产的重复程度低，这一基本特征带来了一系列的问题。
(l)计划制定、执行方面。计划、调度工作复杂，例行工作较少，例外管理较多，需要处理好计划的统一与恰当的授权之间的关系。
(2)设计方面。每生产一种新产品都必须重新设计，绘制新图，或作较大的修改。因此，设计工作量大，设计周期长，需要的设计人员多。因图纸得不到制造过程和使用过程的检验，设计质量也不易提高。
(3)工艺方面。必须为每种新设计的产品编制工艺，需设计、制造新的工艺装备，编制工艺的周期长。由于生产的重复程度低，材料消耗定额也不易或不宜准确制定。工艺质量不易提高，需要的工艺人员多。

(4)生产组织方面。只能进行粗略分工，工作地专业化程度不高。工人需完成多种较复杂的操作，需较长时间培训。多品种生产只适于使用通用设备，效率低，工作转换时间长。一般只能采用按功能布置(机式布置)，零件运输路线长。
(5)生产管理方面。只能粗略制定工时定额。原材料、毛坯种类变化大，不易建立长期稳定的协作关系，质量与交货期不易保证。计划、调度工作复杂，例行管理少，例外管理多，需要管理人员多。由于以上问题，使多品种小批量生产具有很多缺点:(1)产品制造周期长，资金周转慢，用户订货提前期长;(2)用人多，生产效率低，劳动生产率低;(3)成本高;(4)产品质量不易保证。
