变压器防盗器系统控制说明:System control instruction
1) 联动起动顺序 The order of start
夏季:Summer
冷冻水泵——制冷机组——工艺冷却水泵——工艺设备
Chilled water pump--chiller--process cooling water pump--process equipment
冬季:Winter
冷却水泵——冷却塔——工艺冷却水泵——工艺设备
Chilled water pump--chiller--process cooling water pump- -process equipment
2) 联动停止顺序The order of close
夏季:Summer   
工艺设备——制冷机——工艺冷却水泵——冷冻水泵
process equipment--chiller--process cooling water pump--chilled water pump
冬季:Winter
工艺设备——工艺冷却水泵——精密电阻箱冷却塔    ——冷却水泵
塑料油箱process equipment--process cooling water pump--cooling tower--cooling water pump
3) 工艺冷却水板式换热器电动阀门控制 Process cooling water heat exchanger's electric valve control
每个板式换热器冷源端均设置电动二通调节阀门,并在工艺冷却水出水端设置温度传感器,通过温度传感器控制电动二通阀开度,确保出口温度在设定的范围内。当温度小于设定值时,逐渐关闭电动二通阀;当温度大于设定值时,逐渐开启电动二通阀,温度设定值为26+-1℃。
Each heat exchanger cold source side are set electric valve ,and set a temperature sensor in the process cooling water outlet side, by the temperature sensor to control the
electric valve opening and closing, make sure the outlet temperature is within the set range. when the temperature is lower than the set value, gradually close electric valve ; when the temperature is higher than the set value ,and gradually open the electric valve. the temperature setting is 26±1
4) 冷却塔的温控电动阀门控制 The cooling tower's electric valve control
在冷却水供水主管上设置温度传感器并在供回水主管之间设置电动二通调节阀门,通过温度传感器控制冷却塔风扇启停和电动二通阀开度。
Set the temperature sensor in the cooling water supply main pipeline , and set electric valve between cooling water supply and return main pipeline, by the temperature sensor controls the cooling tower fan star and stop and the electric valve opening or closing .
A、冷却塔风扇控制:当水温度低于12℃,冷却塔风机自动停止运行,当水温高于23℃时,冷却塔风机按顺序自动回复运行。
ACooling tower fan control: When the cooling water supply temperature is below 12 ,

B、电动二通阀控制:当水温降至10℃时,电动二通阀自动缓慢开启;当水温度达到20℃时,电动二通阀缓慢关闭。当水温达到照明母线22℃时,电动阀完全关闭。

5) 工艺冷却水压力控制 Process cooling water's pressure control
工艺冷却水系统为开式系统,在工艺冷却水供水主管上设置压力传感器,每台工艺冷却水泵均采用变频控制,通过压力传感器将实际值与设定值进行比较,并自动控制水泵变频器的频率,确保水泵出口压力在设定的范围内。每台水泵设置故障报警,备用水泵自动启动。在供回水主管之间设置电动二通调节阀和压差传感器,通过压差传感器将实际值与设
定值进行比较,并自动控制电动二通调节阀开度,确保工艺冷却水供回水主管之间压差恒定。
Process cooling water system for the open system, set a pressure sensor in the process cooling water main pipe, each process cooling water pumps are used frequency control, the measured values to compare with the set value by the pressure sensor, and automatically control the pump frequency converter frequency, make sure the pump outlet pressure within a set range. Set failure alarm each pump, standby pump starts automatically. Set electric two-way valve and a pressure difference  sensor between the supply and return main pipeline, by the actual value of pressure difference sensor with the set value, and automatic control of electric two-way valve opening, to ensure that the process of cooling water supply and return main pipeline pressure difference constant.
工艺冷却水末端差压控制电动阀控制The process cooling water differential pressure control in user.
工艺冷却水系统末端设置的差压控制电动二通调节阀门,受两侧压差控制,压差值设定在0.
3~0.4Mpa。当压差小于0.3Mpa时候逐渐关闭电动二通阀门,当压差大于0.4Mpa时候逐渐开启电动二通阀门。水泵可以实现定期自动循环切换。
Set electric two-way valve which is control by process cooling water user's inlet and outlet differential pressure , pressure difference value is set by 0.3 ~ 0.4Mpa. When the pressure is less than 0.3Mpa gradually closed the electric two-way valve, when the pressure is greater than 0.4Mpa gradually open the electric two-way valve. The pumps can regular cycle through automatically.
6) 冷却水泵、冷冻水泵控制cooling water pumps, chilled water pump control
冷却水泵、冷冻水泵都采用定频泵,每台水泵设置故障报警,备用水泵自动启动,水泵可以实现定期自动循环切换。
Cooling water pumps, chilled water pumps are used fixed-frequency pump, each pump is set failure alarm, the standby pump automatically starts, the pumps can regular cycle through automatically.
7) 制冷机控制Chiller control
制冷机自带调节控制系统,自动根据使用负荷调节主机负载。两台制冷机都设置故障报警,备用制冷机自动启动。使用主机故障后,备用主机自动启动,并发出信号到控制模块,自动(或手动)关闭非主要工艺设备,以确保主要工艺设备正常运行。
Chillers comes with adjustable control system, to automatically adjust the load based on the user load. Two chillers are set fault alarm, the standby chiller start automatically. After using the host fails, the standby chiller automatically starts and sends signals to the control module, automatic (or manual) shut down non-essential process equipment, in order to ensure the main process equipment normal operation.
8) 工艺水箱控制Process water tank control
工艺冷却水箱设计水位显示和低水位报警,当水位深度浅于1.3米时候,需要发出报警信号,人工检查故障。
磁疗被
工艺水箱设置温度传感器,当温度大于27度时候发出报警。
