中 文 摘 要
停车场收费管理系统是智能交通系统和智能小区系统的重要组成部分，它的运用广泛。传统的停车场收费管理工作强度大，人为误判而导致漏收、误收现象时有发生，因此，如何提高收费管理的智能化水平，如何减轻管理人员的工作负担等问题迫在眉睫。
本设计采用联网型智能停车场管理系统，将计算机技术、自控技术及智能IC卡技术有机的结合起来，通过对车辆IC卡的管理，实现对车辆出入、停放的自动化管理。实现具有语音提示、内部对讲、防砸车、自动存储数据等多种功能。
