摘要：叙述了水泥生产智能化建设的总体思路和智能水泥工厂建设的五个方面，构建了从供应商到客户，从生产到业务（控制），从设计到服务（工程运维）的智能化水泥工厂框架，围绕生产管理、工艺管理、能源管理、质量管理、安环管理、设备管理、供应链管理等七大维度，建设智能数字化工厂。水泥智能制造生产管控MES 系统实施后可实现水泥生产经营管理全部流程的可视化管控，优化人员结构，减轻劳动强度，降低劳动力成本，在生产、化验、巡检等诸多生产环节减少人为主观参与，优化生产流程，有效保障生产稳定性与产品质量，提高生产系统运行效率，杜绝安全隐患，降低污染废弃物排放和运营成本，为企业生产高效运营提供有力支持。关键词：生产管控系统；MES ；智能制造；信息化管理
