Abstract： Selective non-catalytic reduction（SNCR）NOx removal technology involves injecting NHx-based reductants（such as ammonia， ammonia or urea）into the furnace at a temperature of 850～1，100℃， which reacts with NOx to form N2 and water. Through the development of mathematical model， the automatic adjustment of ammonia concentration and ammonia water and pressure air flow system are set up， and the telescopic two-fluid micro-hole lance system is designed， which can block the inlet of spray. The denitrification efficiency is greatly improved， and the denitrification efficiency can reach more than 75%.
