摘要:本实验是关于可变形水凝胶的制备及其复杂形变的设计和调控的新创综合实验。首先,利用自由基聚合交联法制备含有聚丙烯酸钠(PNaAAc)的聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮-聚丙烯酰胺(PVP-PAAm)水凝胶。该凝胶具有优良的力学性能,其中PNaAAc 可与Fe 3+等金属离子络合,从而增加水凝胶的交联密度,降低
其溶胀程度。使用离子转移印花技术和新开发的离子墨水打印技术在凝胶单面或双面不同位置引入Fe 3+交联,改变水凝胶局部表面的交联密度和溶胀性能。处理后的凝胶样品在溶胀或去溶胀时可发生由一维到二维、二维到三维以及简单三维到复杂三维的复杂可控形变。

Abstract:  This work is an innovative comprehensive experiment on the preparation of deformable hydrogels and the design as well as the adjustment of their complex shape deformations. A type of poly(N -vinylpyrrolidone)-polyacrylamide (PVP-PAAm) hydrogels with excellent mechanical properties are firstly prepared through free radical polymerization and cross-linking. Poly(sodium acrylate) (PNaAAc) contained in the hydrogels can complex with metal ions like Fe 3+, leading to the increase of the cross-linking density of the hydrogels and hence the decrease of their swelling degre
es. Through ion-transfer-printing (ITP) and newly developed ion-ink-printing (IIP) techniques, Fe 3+ ions are introduced at different positions on one or both sides of hydrogels, changing the local cross-linking density and swelling degree of the surface of hydrogels. Upon swelling or deswelling, the hydrogels can undergo controllable and complex transformations from 1D to 2D, 2D to 3D and 3D to more complicated 3D shapes.

水凝胶[1]是一种由亲水性高分子链通过化学或物理交联形成的具有三维空间网状结构的典型软、湿材料。其中,刺激响应可变形水凝胶是指在外界环境(如湿度、温度、pH 、光照等)的刺激下,能发生几何形状变化的水凝胶,其在药物传输系统[2]、微流体阀门[3]和软机械[4]等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
