本次设计的反应设备为机械搅拌发酵罐，其结构采用夹套式。设计方法采用压力容器的常规设计方法，设计内容主要包括设计方案的选择，釜体（内筒和夹套）强度、结构的设计、校核和水压试验；搅拌装备的设计与校核；传动装置设计以及反应釜其他零部件设计等。 关键词：发酵罐，强度设计，填料密封

Abstract
The design involves the mixing equipment is stirred tank reactor, whose the structure used jacket. The design method uses conventional design methods for pressure vessels.The design content mainly includes the selection of design schemes; Kettle (tube and jacket) strength, the designing and verification of the design , and the hydraulic pressure test; the design and check of the mixing equipment; the design of transmission
device and other parts of the reactor .
