高精度高刚度静压轴承的设计

摘  要
静压轴承是滑动轴承的一种,是利用压力泵将压力润滑剂强行泵入轴承和轴之间的微小间隙的滑动轴承。静压轴承和滚动轴承相比,它的振动小,加工工作表面精度要求高而且它回转轻巧,空气粘度低,摩擦小,发热和变形也小,适用于高速、高精度的场合。而且它耐寒耐热,具有独特的干净和方便特性,对环境无污染,其无需考虑密封问题。
可用性评估
本文为了使主轴部件适合超精密切削加工的要求,研究了多种高精度高刚度流体静压轴承。

Abstract
Hydrostatic bearing is a sliding bearing, is the use of a pressure pump pumps the pressure lubricant into the bearing and the shaft to force a small gap between the sliding bearing. Hydrostatic bearing and the rolling bearing compare, its vibration small, the processing active face precision requests moreover it to rotate high dexterously, air viscosity low, rubs slightly, gives off heat and distorts also slightly, is suitable to is high speed, the high accuracy situation. Moreover it cold resistant heat-resisting, has unique is clean and the  convenient characteristic, does not have the pollution to the environment, it does not need to consider the seal question.

逆变效率This article in order to cause the main axle part to suit the ultra precise machining the request, has studied the many kinds of high accuracy high rigidity hydrostatic pressure bearing.
First, has analyzed the ultra precision machine tool to the main axle system request, and carries on the main axle rigidity analysis according to the ultra precise processing size. Simultaneously has studied the actuation electrical machinery type and the drive type selection principle. Next, has produced the eyelet reducing expenses liquid static pressure and the gas static pressure bearing engineering calculation method, and separately calculates the liquid static pressure radial direction and the thrust bearing as well as the gas static pressure radial direction and the thrust bearing capacity and the rigidity. Simultaneously, the new porous nature gas static pressure bearing is introduced briefly. Finally, according to the above research results, has produced three kind of hydrostatic pressures bearing good and bad points, has provided the important basis for the ultra precision machine tool headstock choice.
