摘 要
现代逆变技术是研究现代逆变电路的理论和应用设计方法的一门科学。单相逆变电源是将直流电逆变成波形为方波或正弦波的电源,可将蓄电池逆变成为正弦或交流电,供用电器使用。该单相逆变电源通过将直流电输入半桥逆变电路,从而逆变成方波电源,输出电压为220V,频率为50HZ。逆变电路的控制电路即门极触发电路采用专用集成芯片UC3524。通过确定UC3524的外部电路参数RT、CT的值,可设定芯片输出脉冲的频率。脉冲通过驱动放大电路进行放大,控制晶闸管导通进而控制逆变电源的输出频率。晶闸管导通频率为脉冲输出频率的1/2。本电路设计简单,由UC3524集成芯片模块、驱动放大模块、逆变主电路模块、变压器模块、过电压过电流保护模块等部分组成。
