染料、助剂的使用，直接关系到产品质量，为了规范使用，同时也为了更好地落实公司领导提出的稳定使用新的染料、助剂品种，逐步淘汰落后品种，进一步提高产品质量，降低生产成本的要求，现制订如下规定： The use of dyes and auxiliaries has direct relation with product quality. Principle for applying the new type of dyes and auxiliaries
应用某一个染料、助剂新品种时，必须达到下列四项原则要求中的任何一项要求：
When apply a new dye or auxiliary, following four principles shall be satisfied:
1. 角钉既能提高产品质量，又能降低生产成本；
Not only improve the product quality but also reduce the production cost;
2．产品质量在原有水平上能进一步显著提高，但生产成本不增加；
Product quality can be significantly improved at the original level, but the production cost will not increase.
3．产品质量不低于原有水平，但生产成本却能够明显下降；
Product quality cannot be lower than original level but the production cost can have a dramatic decline.

二、应用染料、助剂新品种工作步骤
Working procedure for applying the new type of dyes and auxiliaries
1. 技术科、生产车间应每年对现用染料、助剂年耗用量在20万元以上的品种进行分析，确定是否存在质量或成本缺陷，并提出改进要求。 The yearly consumption of current used dyes and auxiliaries which is over 200 thousand Yuan shall be analyzed by technique department and workshop to check if quality or cost defects existing, and improvement measures shall be offered.
2. 供应部、技术科应多方咨询国际、国内当前流行的染料、助剂品种，并了解其优势所在。
The purchasing department and technique department shall know more about the dyes and auxiliaries which is popular at present. The advantages of the popular dyes and auxiliaries shall be cleared.
3. 供应部应同有关供方接触，了解其当前所供的流行的染料、助剂品种的供货业绩。
The purchasing department shall get close contact with related suppliers to know more about the supply performance of the popular dyes and auxiliaries.
4. 供应部、技术科应主动走访供方的相关用户，了解其对使用有关染料、助剂的评价。
The purchasing department and technique department shall take initiative to pay visits to related customers of supplier to know the evaluations of related dyes and auxiliaries.
5. 供应部、技术科经初步分析后认定，若应用某一染料、助剂新品种后，能够达到应用染料、助剂新品种原则要求的，由技术科在“染料、助剂新品种试用单”上签字确认，供应部负责采集样品。若供方在邻近地区的，供应部、技术科应组织有关人员实地考察供方的质量保证能力和持续供货能力，并随机抽取有关染料、助剂新品种的样品；若供方不在邻
近地区的，请供方提供有关染料、助剂新品种的样品。
If one kind of dye and auxiliary can meet the principle requirements after preliminary analyzed by the purchasing department and technique department, the “New Product Trial Sheet for Dyes and Auxiliaries” shall be signed by the technique department. The purchasing department will be in charge of gathering the samples. If the supplier nearby, related staff of purchasing department and technique department shall organized related personnel to perform a field visit. The sample of new dye and auxiliary shall be spot checked. If the supplier is far, related information about new dyes and auxiliaries shall be provided by the supplier.
6. 技术科组织有关人员对染料、助剂新品种的样品进行性能测试和小样试用，并对测试和试用结果作出客观评价。
Related staff in the technique department organize the performance test and sample test for the new types of dyes and auxiliaries. An objective evaluation shall be given about the test and trial result.
7. 若性能测试结果能够达到应用染料、助剂新品种原则要求的，技术科在“染料、助剂新品种试用单”上签字确认放样测试，生产车间方可进行放样生产，技术科须指定专人负责跟踪放样测试全过程。
If the result of performance test can meet the principle requirements of applied dyes and auxiliaries. The technique department sign on the “New Product Trial Sheet for Dyes and Auxiliaries” to confirm the test of sample yardage, then workshop can perform the production of sample yardage. A related person shall be assigned by technique department to track the whole testing process.
8. 技术科将某一个染料、助剂新品种放样测试所生产的产品和现用品种所生产的产品进行对比，确认达到预定要求的，填写“染料、助剂新品种应用申请单磁疗远红外”，报公司领导批准。
The new production produced by the material that is the test of sample yardage of new dyes and auxiliaries shall be compared with current used dyes and auxiliaries type by the technique department, if the expectant requirement is satisfied, a “New Product Application Form for Dyes and Auxiliaries” shall be filled and submitted to the company le
ader to be approved.
9. 公司领导批准应用某一个染料、助剂新品种后，供应部才能进行批量采购。
Application of one dye or auxiliary shall be approved by company leaders then the purchasing department can perform batch purchase.
三、染料、助剂采购、验收及使用要求
Procurement, acceptance and operation requirements for dyes and auxiliaries
1. 常规使用的染料、助剂，由供应仓库通知供应科按常规使用量备货。
For the common used dye and auxiliary, it shall be informed the purchasing department by warehouse to stock up as per general usage amount.
2. 对特殊订单中有特种功能整理要求（包括但不限于抗静电、三防、机可洗、弹性、浓染、膘光等）需用的助剂，计划员在开单时，应同时填写“特种染料、助剂使用申请单检测卡”交技术科，由技术科签字确定需用量后交供应部，供应部平衡库存后确定采购量。
