关于空气净化器的论文

牵引带室内空气中的微粒、细菌、病毒和其他有害物质日积月累地损害着人们的身体健康,特别对于那些长期处于室内环境的人。随着生活水平的提高,人们对自己日常生活和工作的室内空气环境质量的要求和期望也在不断提高,室内空气净化技术成为了环境领域的一个新的课题。尤其是在室内空气净化器诞生以后,各种不同类型的空气净化器如雨后春笋般涌现入市场,本论文则是在此背景下研究并设计出一种新型的、利用紫外线杀毒的空气净化器电路控制系统。
本论文研究的紫外线空气净化器的控制系统,是基于AVR单片机进行设计、开发与实现的。首先,完成系统功能需求分析,选择合适的ATmegal28单片机,设计出课题研究的空气净化器控制系统的总体结构与工作原理框架;其次,利用TGS800气体传感器与LHi878热释电红外传感器分别检测室内空气质量和移动人体红外信号,并将采集信号输出给单片机端口,单片机根据检测到得各个模块的硬件电路设计,从硬件模块的总体结构出发,分别设计了电源控制、电机控制、紫外灯管控制、液晶显示器控制、红外遥控以及功能按键控制等模块的电路原理与实现,并在此基础上介绍了单片机控制系统的主要功能程序设计,完成了控制系统的试运行与调试。

本文研究的这款空气净化器是典型的利用紫外线对空气进行杀菌与消毒的产品,其两个传感器数据采集模块的集成是项目设计的重要创新点之一,他们集成使得本空气净化器具有自动采集与自动调整工作状态的功能,实现了产品的智能化、节能性与环保的特点。该空气净化器电路控制系统的成功研制,必将为室内空气污染控制与空气净化技术作出巨大的贡献。

Abstract
Indoor air particles, bacteria, viruses and other harmful substances have damaged to people’s health, especially for those people in the indoor environment in a long time.With the improvement of living standards, people’s air environmental quality requirements and expectations of their daily lives and work own indoor have also increased misconduct. Indoor air purification technology has become a new field of environmental protection issues Especially after the birth of indoor air,so many different types of air purifier have sprung up into the marke.In this paper, a new circuit system of air purifier with ultraviolet
disinfection has been developd in this context.
In this paper, the control system of ultraviolet air-purifier has been designed and developed based on AVR microcontroller. Firstly the requirements analysis of system functional has been completed. ATmegal28 microcontroller has been choosed to design the air purifier control system structure and working principle of the overall framework of this research project.Secondly, TGS 800 gas sensor And LHi878 pyroelectric infrared sensor have been used to detect indoor air quality and mobility of human IR signal.Hardware circuit design of each module of this circuit control system has been described priority in this paper.The overall structure of the hardware modules has been designed firstly, and then the circuit theory and implementation of the modules has been designed firstly, infrared remote control and function keys control have been designed. On this basis, the main function of microcomuter control system programming has been discribed, and the trial operation control system and debugging has been completed.
This type air-purifier which has been researched in this paper, is a typical indoor air- purifi镜面果胶
er for the ues of ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection product. The successful development of this air-purifier’s circuit control system, will make a significant contribution for door air pollution control and air purification technology inevitable.
