[摘要]毛囊干细胞是皮肤组织工程理想的种子细胞，已成为近年来的研究热点之一。分离培养及鉴定是其研究的基础手段，作者将近年来毛囊干细胞几种常用的分离培养及鉴定方法进行较为系统的分析、总结和归纳，为毛囊干细胞的深入研究提供坚实的基础。
