HO1104医用暖风机功能说明
1、 本机器的操作面板有3个按键，分别是电源开关键（On/Off）、报警压制键（Mute）、和功能切换键（Function）。有9个工作指示灯，其中一个开机指示，一个报警压制指示，4个工作档位指示（自然风、32度、38度、43度），报警状态指示（保养、超温、低温）。一个蜂鸣器。一个温度探头检测出风口温度。有效按键操作时蜂鸣器叫一声0.3秒，按键按下离开后200毫秒内按键反应。发热工作后达到设定值时蜂鸣一声0.3秒。轻度报警：蜂鸣器慢叫（0.3秒叫1秒停）报警指示灯慢闪（0.3秒亮，1秒灭）。重度报警：蜂鸣器快叫（0.3秒叫0.3秒停),报警指示灯快闪(0.3秒亮0.3秒灭)。 Control panel description: 3 buttons, On/Off, Mute, Function. 2 Leds to indicate Power, Mute, 4 leds to indicate “Fan only”, “32℃”, “38醚链℃”, “43℃”, 3 leds to indicate “Over temperature, Under temperature, Maintenance”. 2、 电源：110VAC。
负载：一个外转子马达、一个发热体。
Power supply: AC110V.
现浇梁Load: One motor, one heating element.
3、 通电时进入自检模式所有LED灯闪烁2次，一次0.5秒亮，0.5秒灭。蜂鸣器鸣叫2声，叫0.5秒，停0.5秒，自检时按键不反应。2秒后进入待机状态。自然风灯闪烁（0.3秒亮，0.3秒灭）指示待机。
Self detect: Power on enter self detect, light all led and beep 2 times, 2S later enter standby mode.
4、 待机时按开关键一次，进入工作状态，默认为风档，档位指示灯常亮。

In standby mode, hit the “On/Off” one time, enter work mode. Default work mode is “fan only”.
5、 开机后按功能键可切换到不同的工作档位，相应的档位指示灯常亮。当在加热档时，机器应工作在该档位的温度设定值±2度范围内。如32度档时，出风口温度应该在30~34度范围，38度档时应该在36~40度范围，43度时应该在41度到45度的范围内。
In work mode, hit function button can switch to different work node: sequence is “fan only, 32, 38, 43. When work in heat mode, the outlet temperature should be in the range of set temperature ±2℃.
6、 低温报警测试模式：通电开机后切换到加热档，等加热工作20秒后，长按功能键超过5秒，机器进入低温测试模式。此时档位指示灯慢闪0.3秒亮，1秒灭，机器发热体不工作，当机器能够检测到温度跌落到档位设定值以下5.6度时，机器发出轻度报警。该报警发生时，按“Mute”键可消除报警声，再按一次该键可恢复声音报警。关机或断电重启可退出该测试模式。
Under temperature testing mode: Power on and switch to the heat work mode, 20S later press and hold the function button longer than 5S will enter this mode, relevant work LED will be blink (0.3S on 1S off) to indicate enter the mode. In this mode the heating element
will not work, if it can detect the outlet temperature lower than the set temperature 6℃ then it will light alarm to indicate the alarm works. Power off or switch off can exit this mode.

7、 超温报警测试模式：通电开机后切换到43度加热档，等加热工作10秒，长按功能键超过5秒，机器进入超温测试模式。此时档位指示灯慢闪1秒亮0.3秒灭，机器发热体连续工作不受控，当机器检测到温度超过46~51度之间时，机器可以切断第一级发热体驱动信号以切断发热体工作，机器发出轻度报警。如第一级驱动开关短路，发热体继续发热，当机器检测到温度超过51~56度之间时，机器可以切断第二级发热体驱动信号以切断发热体工作，机器发出重度报警。可关机或断电重启退出该测试模式。
Over temperature testing mode: Power on and switch to 43℃汽车安全带卡扣 heat work mode, 10S later press and hold the function button longer than 5 S will enter this mode, relevant led will blink (1S on, 0.3S off) to indicate enter this mode. In this mode the heating element will work regardless the set temperature till to detect the outlet temperature between 46~51℃ will light alarm and cut off the primary drive signal. If the primary was short and heat elem
ent continue work till to detect the temperature over 51℃. It will be heavy alarm and cut off the second drive signal. Power or switch off can exit this mode.
8、 机器正常工作在加热档时，加热启动20秒后或正常工作过程中检测到出风口不能达到设定温度值则轻度低温报警，如再过20秒还不能够恢复则变成重度报警。如20秒内恢复，但后又重复出现且累计超过3次低温轻度报警后，则变成重度报警。
Under temperature alarm: In normal heat work mode, during temperature keep process or after heating 20S, detect the outlet temperature cannot arrived the set temperature-2℃, it will go to light alarm, in 20S still cannot recover or arrived set temperature -2℃, will turn to heavy alarm. Or even it was recover but add up more than 3 times it’ll also turn to heavy alarm.
9、 机器正常工作在加热档时，如20秒内温度达到设定值后进入保温状态，此时发热体断续工作以保证出风口的温度在设定的档位范围。如因机器故障出现超温，当温度超过设定档位3度但不超过6度时，切断第一级发热体驱动信号，机器发出轻度报警。如仍不能够关断发热体，当检测到温度超过设定值6度以上时切断第二级发热体驱动信号以关断发热体，
机器重度报警。
Over temperature alarm: During normal heat work mode, after it had arrived the set temperature will enter temperature keep mode to keep the outlet temperature in the range of set temperature±2℃. But if it detect the outlet temperature 3℃ higher than the set temperature it will light alarm and same time will cut off the primary drive signal, if still cannot control the temperature and detect the temperature higher 6℃ than the set temperature it will cut off the second drive signal to stop heat element and heavy alarm.
10、 机器正常工作500小时后，保养维护指示灯亮，并停止工作发出轻度报警以提醒更 换过滤网。更换过滤网后长按“Mute”键5秒可清除已工作时间到零。机器工作时重新计时。
批量控制器 If it detect it had work in normal more than 500 hours will light alarm to inform the qualified people to change the filter. After maintenance press and hold the “mute” button over 5S can clear the time and reset.
