取向硅钢隧道高温退火炉节能与加热效率优化

摘要针对原隧道高温退火炉存在的问题进行设计改造,改造主要包括:选择合适型号的
烧嘴,以保证烧嘴在额定功率下工作;开发大速差多级配风超低N0
*烧嘴,提高燃烧效率,使炉子的N0’排放不超过80mg/m3;调整烧嘴的安装位置,提高炉内换热效率和炉温均匀性;
重新设计台车砌体,轻量化台车,使台车蓄热量减少35%;炉膛内表面喷涂高红外反射率涂
冷凝水回收装置

Abstract In view of the problems existing in the former tunnel high一temperature annealing furnace,
design improvements are made.The improvements mainly includes:choosing a suitable type of burners
to ensure the burners work at the rated power;developing multi-stage air distribution ultra-low NO X
burner with large speed difference to improve combustion efficiency and make the N0x emission of the

furnace not exceed80mg/m3;adjusting the installation position of the burners to improve the heat ex­
change efficiency and furnace temperature uniformity in the furnace;redesigning the trolley masonry,
which reduces the weight of the trolley and reduces the heat storage of the trolley by35%;spraying
high-temperature infrared coating material on the inner surface of the furnace to improve the radiation
