摘要:硅基气凝胶是一种固体材料,具备低热导率、高透光率、低密度等特点,且同时兼具轻质、防火防水的优良功效,在建筑行业的保温隔热领域有着广阔的应用发展前景。文章以建筑节能技术为基础对硅基气凝胶的多样化建材制备方法进行了分析研究,从制备的硅基气凝胶建料所具有的稳定性以及耐温性等方面论述了其大规模生产应用的可行性,最后对硅基气凝胶在建筑节能维护结构保温体系中的实际应用进行了举例说明。

Abstract:Silica-based aerogel is a solid material with low thermal conductivity,high light transmittance and low density.lt also has the advantages of light weight,fireproof and waterproof^it has a broad application prospect in the field of thermal insulation in the construction industry.Based on the building energy-saving technology,this paper analyzes and studies the preparation methods of various building materials with silica-based aerogels,the feasibility of large-scale production and application of silica-based aerogel building materials is discussed in terms of its stability and temperature resistance,finally,the practical application of silica-based aerogel in the thermal insulation system of building energy-saving maintenance structure is illustrated with examples.
