1 Lumia 928 刷机
1.1 进⼊刷机状态
刷机前，⼿机已是Windows 10 Mobile 15063的版本，并⽆对应的FFU镜像⽂件。由于已有的FFU镜像⽂件为WP8.1的Denim 版本，为了后⾯⽤Windows Phone Internal解锁BootLoader并开启MASS STORAGE存储模式，需要重新刷机。 ⼿机关机，不连接电脑。同时按下⼿机电源键和⾳量+，⼿机振动后，放开电源键和⾳量+，⽴即按下⾳量-，屏幕出现闪电和齿轮。⼿机连接电脑。
也可同时按下电源键和⾳量-键退出刷机状态，系统正常启动。
1.2 刷WP8.1的Denim版本
此处可⽤多种⼯具刷机，如NCS、FFUTool等。这⾥采⽤Windows Phone Image Designer刷机。
启动Windows Phone Image Designer, 点击第3项（将Windows Phone图像刷写到您的⼿机上）刷机。
点击下⼀步进⼊刷机页⾯。
选择对应机型（Lumia 928）的FFU刷机包⽂件和先择闪存设备。只有⼿机进⼊第1步刷机状态才能选择刷机设备。选择完成后，点击闪光灯（软件的翻译问题，英语Flash应为刷机），进⼊刷机过程。 等待10分钟左右，刷机成功。关闭Windows Phone Image Designer。
⼿机⾃启动，进⼊Welcome欢迎页⾯。这时就可以按通常的⽅法进⾏设置了。设置过程中，可连接WIFI，开启微软账号，选⽤推荐设置，很快进⼊熟悉的WP界⾯。
采⽤WP Internals的刷机要求，要求WP8 的OS版本需与WP Internals⽀持列表的中版本⼀致。因此刷
机后应检查版本。如果不⼀致，可能会在刷机完后升级系统，或⽤Windows预览体验升级，或更换原始的FFU，到⼀致的OS版本。
Lumia 928刷⼊Denim 版本后，通过Windows预览体验升级后的版本为8.10.14219.341，与WP Internals列表的中版本⼀致，可以使⽤。
1.3 BOOTLOADER解锁
BOOTLOADER解锁就是准备Root设备，为了取得设备完全控制权。
打开Windows Phone Internals
点击Unlock bootloader
点击OK，⼿机进⼊刷机模式。这是需要选择3个⽂件。
FFU⽂件
You should select the FFU-image, which is currently flashed to the phone. It is important that the FFU-file you provide to this tool, is the exact same image that is currently flashed to the phone, because this tool will assume that the partition-table of the phone is equal to the partition-table in the FFU-image. If they are different, there is a big chance that the phone will not boot properly anymore. It will still be possible to flash a Custom ROM or original FFU, but in both cases your data and settin
gs will be lost. The Windows 10 Mobile update may also change your partition layout. When you updated to Windows 10, or when you are not sure that the FFU-image you selected is exactly the same as what you have on your phone, you should first flash a new image to your phone. If you don't have an FFU file, you can also use the Lumia Software Recovery Tool to flash an original image to your phone. Remember that flashing the phone will erase all user-data, like pictures, music, save-games, etc! Also note that when you flashed your phone, it is best practice to perform the complete cold boot procedure (phone setup, Microsoft account setup, installing apps, etc) before you start unlocking the phone!
应急⽂件
You should also select a folder where you have Lumia Emergency Flash Loaders. This tool will try to select the Loader that is suitable for your phone.
先择含有该⽂件的⽂件夹。
⼯程模式分区⽂件
You can optionally select an image that contains the SBL3 partition of an engineering phone. This is
for the purpose of unlocking Mass Storage Mode. This mode is not implemented in the retail versions of the SBL3 partition. You can select an FFU-image or raw-image. This tool will try to extract the partition. SBL3 also contains hardware-profiles. So it is not possible to exchange SBL3 partitions from different CPU's or OEM's! Verify that the SBL3 you select was originally meant for a phone from the same OEM and it has the same CPU as your target device! Flashing a wrong SBL3 will harm your phone!
此处需提供正确的SBL3⽂件。也可不提供，由⼯具⾃动从含有SBL3⽂件的FFU镜像中提取。如果没有SBL3⽂件，解锁Bootloader后不能进⼊MASS STORAGE 模式。
When you unlocked the bootloader, but you did not use an Engineering SBL3, then Mass Storage mode is not available.
所有⽂件选择好以后，点击Continue刷机。
查看解锁后的状态。从Phone/Info/Security/Flash查看，Effective bootloader security 的状态为disabled，说明已经解锁。
点击General info中的normal，⼿机回到正常状态。
如果安装的操作系统版本与Windows Phone Internals要求的版本不⼀致，则可能出现以下情况。这时可通过预览更新，或到相同版本的OS来解决。
1.4 进⼊MASS STORAGE模式
点击Enable root access，点击Unlock phone计⼊刷机模式,⼿机重启进⼊Mass Storage模式。只有进⼊Mass Storage模式，才取得了⼿机的完全控制权。
Before you can enable Root Access directly on the phone, the bootloader of the phone must be unlocked first using an Engineering bootloader which allows the phone to switch to Mass Storage mode. Make sure you don't have any Windows Phone disks or partitions mounted before you continue to Mass Storage Mode. Not all OS versions are supported. The OS version will verified after the phone is switched to Mass Storage mode.
When you continue, the phone will be switched to Mass Storage mode and then Root Access will be enabled.
