stm8s芯片程序烧写操作方法

应急盒烧写：

说明：应急盒程序烧写时，必须外部供电，否则无法烧写

先把烧写器插在电脑上，电脑会有提示（否则无法使用，烧写器灯亮才可以使用）

打开桌面上的图标

打开的界面如下

点击下图左边的按钮到对应芯片的型号

点击OK

打开下图最右边的按钮 option byte

首先擦除程序

设置为OFF

然后点击下图的中间那个红箭头按钮进行擦除程序

烧写程序：

把下图右边设置为 ON

然后打开下图左边的按钮 program memory

添加程序

然后点击中间红的按钮进行程序烧写

烧写程序的过程中会弹出对话框，点击确定即可（弹出2个对话框都点击确定）

Option bytes

Option bytes contain configurations for device hardware features as well as the memory

protection of the device. They are stored in a dedicated block of the memory. Except for the

ROP (read-out protection) byte, each option byte has to be stored twice, in a regular form

(OPTx) and a complemented one (NOPTx) for redundancy.

Option bytes can be modified in ICP mode (via SWIM) by accessing the EEPROM address

shown in Table 12: Option bytes below. Option bytes can also be modified ‘on the fly’ by the

application in IAP mode, except the ROP option that can only be modified in ICP mode (via SWIM).

communication protocol and debug module user manual (UM0470) for information on SWIM

programming procedures.
