摘要:介绍了膜分离技术在焦炉煤气脱硫生成硫泡沫制酸工艺中的应用。建成后的硫泡沫膜分离系统不仅为制酸工序提供了符合质量要求的硫浆液,同时又因过滤系统产生的清液悬浮硫含量低,使前序脱硫过程脱硫效率更稳定、高效,减少了管路堵塞,降低了脱硫塔的阻力。 关键词:膜分离;陶瓷膜;过滤;硫泡沫;制酸;焦炉煤气

Application of membrane separation technology
in sulfur froth acid⁃making process

of membrane separation technology is introduced in sulfur froth sulfuric acid⁃making from COG desulfurization.The membrane separation technology can not only produce qualified sulfur slurry for sulfuric acid⁃making,but also have a stabler and higher desulfurization efficiency due to the low concentrated suspended sulfur in the filtrate.Besides,piping blockage and resistance in the desulfurization column can be minimized.
