(5) After the successful registration of the trademark, Party B shall promptly and completely hand over all relevant documents to Party A.
3. Party A's obligations and responsibilities:

(3) Party A shall pay the agency fees to Party B according to the requirements after the successful registration of the trademark.
4. Fees and payment:
