摘要:从玉龙雪山土壤样品中分离出放线菌27株,进行抑菌活性、基因序列、基因簇分析和筛选。结果表明,玉龙雪山土壤样品中的放线菌属于Streptomyces、Rhodococcus属,大部分菌株对金黄葡萄球菌有抑菌活性,大多含有聚酮类化合物、非核糖体多肽合成基因,具有产生聚酮类化合物和非核糖体合成多肽活性产物的潜力。 关键词:玉龙雪山;放线菌;分离;化合物合成基因
Study and Isolation of Actinobacteria from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Soil
Abstract: 27 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from soil samples collected from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Yunnan province by actinomycetes culture medium. Based on the PCR-RFLP of the 16 S rRNA genes, these isolates were divided into 7 groups, which were initially identified as genera Streptomyces and Rhodococcus by phylogenetic analysis. All isolates were screened for antimicrobial actives and genes encoding polyketide synthases(PKS) and nonribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPS). The results showed
that almost all isolates have PKS, NRPS genes and antimicrobial activities in indicators of Staphylococcus aureus.
