        摘 ;;;;;要:论述了340万t/a柴油加氢装置IsoTherming “全液相等温床”的技术特点,该技术与“滴流床”加氢相比,催化剂床层处于全液相中,接近等温操作,反应效率高,目的产品收率高,整套装置高压设备少,热量损失小,在装置的一次性投资、能耗水平等方面,都有较大程度的降低。该技术的引进为柴油加氢工业应用具有一定的借鉴意义。

        Abstract: The technical characteristics of 3.4 Mt/a IsoTherming full-liquid-phase die
sel hydroprocessing unit were discussed. Compared with trickle bed hydroprocessing technologies, IsoTherming technology realized that all catalyst beds were immersed into full liquid phase oil, the reaction was close to isothermality, thus high yield of targeting products was achieved, less high pressure equipments were used, heat lose was less, meanwhile,the operating cost was significantly reduced. The introduction of this technology has a certain reference significance for the diesel hydrotreating industry.
