4.内容Content：
4.1生产前准备Preparation before production
4.1.1 按照生产通知单，确定用料，开单领取原材料。
According to the production notice, determine the materials used, and open the bill to receive the raw materials.
4.1.2 清冼消毒设备、配液锅、所有管道（包括回水管）。
水刺无纺布Cleaning and disinfection equipment, liquid mixing pots, all pipes (including return pipes).
4.1.3 开机前检查设备，检查电路等公用设施是否正常。 Check the equipment before starting the machine and check if the public facilities such as the circuit are normal.
4.1.4 检查机台是否有工具，螺栓、螺母等杂物，若发现应及时清理。机台上各部位应清扫干净，处于无尘状态。

4.1.5 检查水管（纯净水）是否接通接牢，不得泄漏纯水。

4.2 开机顺序Boot sequence
4.2.1 在确认所有人离开机台，站在安全区域内，方可开机。

4.2.2 合上断路器，机器通电。
Close the circuit breaker and energize the machine.
4.2.3 把水刺布（无纺布）等材料放在卷架上，把料拉出，经过折叠、喷水后拉到折叠处折叠轮卷住。 Put the material such as spunlace (non-woven fabric) on the roll holder, pull out the material, fold it, spray it, and pull it to the folding place to fold it.
4.2.4 把卷膜、拉贴等材料放在卷架上，按顺序拉到卷轴上卷住，定好位。
