36吨压路机在填石路基上的有效压实深度研究

        摘; 要:随着我国公路建设的迅速发展,公路不断向经济欠发达的山区延伸,施工时路基填筑材料多为路堑开挖产生的石方及征用土场取石方作为填石路基填料。在类似的项目工程上采用重型压实设备不仅可以保证压实效果,而且可以有效提高工作效率。本项目基于国道京漠(樟岭至西林吉)A1标段的填石路基,通过测量36吨重型压路机在不同压实厚度下碾压振动的压力变化,对其在填石路基上有效压实深度进行研究。

        Abstract: With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, the highway continues to extend to the underdeveloped mountainous areas. during the constru
ction, most of the roadbed filling materials are the stone produced by the cutting excavation and the requisition of the stone taken from the soil field as the filling of the rock-filled roadbed. The use of heavy compaction equipment in similar projects can not only ensure the compaction effect, but also effectively improve the work efficiency. This project is based on the rock-filled roadbed of the A1 section of the national Jing-Mo (Zhangling to Xilinji) highway. By measuring the pressure change of the rolling vibration of a 36-ton heavy road roller under different compaction thickness, the effective compaction depth on the rock-filled roadbed is studied.
