摘 要：农村宅基地发证工作是明晰农村宅基地产权关系，保护农村宅基地使用权人的合法权益，规范农村宅基地管理，建设社会主义新农村的一项重要的工作。和城镇地基调查相比，农村地基调查具有范围广、地域分散的特点。gps-rtk技术应用于土地整理测绘中既满足精度要求和测量数据的现实性，又能全面提高土地整理工作的现代化水平，具有广阔的应用前景。因此，在农村宅基地发证地籍测量中得到了广泛的应用。
