摘要
由于电子控制技术的快速发展，人们研制了新一代的电子调速器。本文主要描述发动机的电子调速器是DGS 8800f数字调速系统，正因为它的优越性，得到行业的认可。电子调速器的重要性关系到的发动机性能和经济效益。描述电子调速器的流程为输入转速与原设定值进行比较，产生偏差值，以此为信号传递给控制器，控制器再进行处理，指令执行器，执行器进行调节转速，如仍不满足，反馈给控制器，直到满足要求，使得发动机合理的转速。电子调速器主要故障有四个方面：发动机不能启动，发动机不稳，发动机运行中自动停机。电子调速器本身，外界环境因素的影响和轮机人员的维护保养。轮机人员没有良好的维护保养是电子调速器故障主要起因，轮机人员应加强对电子调速器的保养维护的能力，保证电子调速器能正常稳定工作，最终获得发动机的稳定运行，具有良好的性能。 关键词：工作原理、故障分析、维护管理
Abstract
Due to the rapid development of electronic control technology, people developed a new generation of electronic governor. Of this paper describes the main engine electronic governor is DGS 8800f digital
speed control system, because of its superiority, get the industry recognized. Electronic governor of importance related to motivation, performance and economic benefits. Describe the process of electronic governor for input speed and the original set values are compared, resulting in deviation value, taking the opportunity of signal transmission to the controller, controller and then processed, instruction execution, actuator to adjust the speed, if still not satisfied, and is fed back to the controller, until the meet the requirements, so that the engine is reasonable transfer Speed. Electronic governor main fault has three aspects: electronic governor itself and external environmental factors influence and engineer maintenance. Engineers do not have good maintenance is the main cause of the trouble of electronic speed governor, the engineers should strengthen the electronic governor of raising maintenance ability, ensure the electronic governor can work stably and finally obtain the stable operation of the engine, with good performance.
