2.1      绝缘和布线(Insulation and wiring)
具体要求:正极与电池(组)外漏金属表面,除电气接触表面间的绝缘阻值在500V d.c时,不可小于5 MΩ

3       形式測試件Type test conditions
4.2.1    低倍率连续充电:
具体要求:单体电池充电完成后,按制造商规定的方法连续充电28天, 5个样品.

4.2.2    耐振动测试(Vibration )
具体要求:电池在充满电的情况下进行振动,振幅为0.76mm, 以1HZ/MIN 的频率,在10HZ~55HZ 的条件下振动(10HZ~55HZ~10HZ为一个循环),在90±5min内恢复电池。
Fully charged cells or batteries are vibration-tested under the following test conditions and
the sequence in Table 2. A simple harmonic motion is applied to the cells or batteries with
an amplitude of0,76mm, and a total maximum excursion of 1,52 mm. The frequency is varied at the rate of 1 Hz/min between the limits of 10 Hz and 55 Hz. The entire 碱性水机range of frequencies (10Hzto 55 Hz) and return (55 Hz to 10 Hz), is traversed in 90 min ±5min for each mounting position (direction of vibration). Step 1: Verify that the measured voltage is typical of the charged product being tested.
Steps 2-4: Apply the vibration as specified in Table 2.

4.2.3    高温冲击测试(Moulded case stress at high ambient temperature)

Fully charged batteries are exposed to a moderately high temperature to evaluate case integrity. The battery is placed in an air circulating oven at a temperature of70°C ± 2 °C. The batteries remain in the oven for 7 h, after which they are removed and allowed to return to room temperature.
4.2.4.    温度循环测试(Temperature cycling)
具体要求:充电电池经过以下5个循环后放置7天后再检查电池有无爆炸,起火,汇漏
第一步:电池在70℃±2℃条件下放置4小时
第二步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度降至20℃±5℃,在此条件下测试2小时
第三步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度降至-20℃±2℃,在此条件下测试4小时
第四步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度升至20℃±5℃,在此条件下测试2小时
第五步:重复以上4个骤四次为一个大循环
Repeated exposure to high and low temperatures shall not cause fire or explosion.
b) Test according to the following procedure and the profile shown infigure1.
Fully charged cells or batteries are subjected to temperature cycling (–20 °C,+75°C),
in forced draught chambers, according to the following procedure.
Step 1: Place the cells or batteries in an ambient temperature of 75 °C ± 2 °C for4h.
Step 2: Change the ambient temperature to 20 °C ± 5 °C within 30 min and maintain
at this temperature for a minimum of 2 h.
Step 3: Change the ambient temperature to –20 °C ± 2 °C within 30 min and maintain at
this temperaturefor4 h.
Step 4: Change the ambient temperature to 20 °C ± 5 °C within 30 min and maintain
at this temperature for a minimum of 2 h.
Step 5: Repeatsteps1 to 4 for a further four cycles.
Step 6: After the fifth cycle, store the cells or batteries for seven days prior to examination.
NOTE This test can be performed in a single chamber whose temperature is changed or in three separate chambers at three different test 电力网桥temperatures.

Test
Two sets of fully charged cells or batteries are stored in an ambient temperature of 20°C± 5 °C and 55 °C ± 5 °C respectively. Each cell or battery is then short-circuited by connecting the positive and negative terminals with a total external resistance of less than 100mΩ. The cells or batteries remain on test for 24 h or until the case temperature declines by 20 %of the maximum temperature rise, whichever is the sooner.
4.3.3    自由跌落(freefall)
具体要求:电池从1米高度自由跌落到混凝土地面上,每个被测电池每个面跌落一次,跌落3次.
Each fully charged cell or battery is dropped three times from a height of 1,0m on to a concrete floor .The cells or batteries are dropped so as to obtain impacts in random orientations.
4.3.4    机械冲击(加速度冲击)(Mechanical shock)
具体要求:每个电池应承爱总共三次的等量级冲击,冲击应在三个互相垂直的每个方向上施加,,每次冲击要获得这样的加速度:即在最初的3MS ,最小平均加速度为75G ,峰值加速度应在125至175G之间。
The fully charged cell or battery is secured to the testing machine by means of a rigid mount which will support all mounting surfaces of the cell or battery. The cell or battery is subjected to a total of three shocks of equal magnitude. The shocks are applied in each of three mutually perpendicular directions. At least one of them shall be perpendicular to a 吸音墙flat face.
For each shock the cell or battery is accelerated in such a manner that during the initial 3 milliseconds the minimum average acceleration is 75 gn. The peak acceleration shall be between 125 gnand175 gn. Cells or batteries are tested in an ambient temperature of 20°C±5 °C.
