		准备物品：软尺骨盆外测量仪胎心听筒手表快速消手液屏风记录笔 Preparation items: soft ruler, pelvic external measurement instrument, fetal heart rate handset, watch, fast hand fluid elimination, screen, record pen. 物品求助一项扣0.5分求助两项扣1分求助三项及以上不得分 Forget one item (deduct 0.5 points),forget two(deduct 1 point),three and over three(no score).
		室内光线及温宿适宜 Indoor light and temperature suitable. 口述及得分 Dictation and scoring 核对孕妇信息 Check the information of pregnant women. 嘱孕妇排空膀胱 Tell the pregnant women to empty the bladder. 站在孕妇右侧 Standing on the right side of pregnant women. 协助孕妇仰卧在检查床上，头部稍垫高 To help pregnant women supine in the examination bed, head slightly pad high. 暴露腹部，双腿略屈曲稍分开 Exposed to the abdomen, legs slightly bent and slightly apart.

		测宫高及腹围值：用手触清宫底高度 Measure the womb height and circumference of abdomen：touch the height of the womb with your hand 用软尺测量耻骨联合上缘中点与宫底的距离 Measure the distance between the upper margin of pubic bone and the bottom of the womb with soft ruler 测量部位错误不得分 measuring point wrong (0 points) 用软尺经脐绕腹部测量腹围 Measure the circumference of abdomen with the soft ruler through the navel around the abdomen. 测量部位错误不得分 Measuring point wrong (0 points)
		四部触诊第一步： Four-step palpation:水性封口胶 The first step: 两手置于子宫底部，了解子宫高度 Placed two hands in the bottom of the womb，get the height of the womb 两手指相对，轻推，判断宫底胎儿部，区分胎头及胎臀 Two fingers opposite，push gently，to determine the position of the fetus，distinguish the fetal head and the buttocks of the fetus t 动作粗暴扣两分 Action gruffly (deduct 2 points).
		第二步 The second step ：两手分别置于腹部两侧 Placed two hands on the both sides of the abdomen ，一手相对固定，另手轻按检查确定胎儿背部或胎儿肢体分别在母体的哪侧，One hand is fixed，usethe other hand to check to determine the fetal back or fetal limbs on which side of the pregnant woman 动作粗暴扣两分 Act gruffly (deduct 2 points) 动作交替进行 Act alternately
		第三步 The third step: 检查者右手拇指与其余四指分开置耻骨联合上方握住胎先露部化学膨胀螺栓Separate your right thumb and the other four fingers and put them on the top of the synchondroses pubis to hold the fetal presentation。进一步查清先露是胎头还是胎臀是否衔接 Go a step further to check the presenting part is fetal head or the buttocks of the fetus 动作粗暴不得分 Act gruffly (deduct 2 points)
		第四步：检查者面向孕妇足端洗衣机面板 Facingto the foot of pregnant women. 两手分别置于胎先露两侧，沿骨盆入口向下深按 Placed two hands on both sides of the fetal presentation，press deeply downward along the ntroitus pelvis。动作粗暴不得分 Act gruffly (deduct 2 points) 进一步核对胎先露的判断是否正确 Check whether the judgment of fetal presentation is correct. 确定胎先露入骨盆深度 To know the deepth the fetal presentation enter the pelvis。
		听胎音： Listen to fetal heart: 先触诊确定胎方位 Palpate to know the position of the fetal presentation 口述及得分 Dictation and scoring 使用胎心听筒 Use fetal heartbeat 扶听筒不得分此项 Hold the fetal heartbeat （0 points）在靠近胎背上方的孕妇腹壁上听胎音 Close to the fetal back above the belly of pregnant women to listen to fetal heart beat 听诊一分钟 Auscultation for 1 minute.
		骨盆外测量： Pelvic measurements: 测量前，先了解和观察孕妇骨盆有无畸形及外伤骨折史 Before the measurement， know and observe the history of bone fractures and trauma in pregnant women. 口述及得分 Dictation and scoring
		以下各项测量部位错误不得分 The following measurement parts error (0 points): 嘱孕妇平伸双腿 Tell the pregnant women flat legs. 髂棘间径（IS）：测量两髂前上棘外缘的距离 Iliac spine diameter (IS): measure the distance between the anterior superior iliac spine 髂嵴间径（IC）：测量两髂嵴外缘最宽的距离 Iliac crest (IC): measure the widest distance between the outer edge of the iliac crest.
		嘱孕妇左侧卧位，右腿伸直，左腿屈曲 Tell pregnant women left lateral position，right leg straight, left leg flexion. 骶耻外径（EC）：测量第5腰椎棘突下至耻骨联合上缘中点的距离 Sacral Outer Diameter (EC):Measure the distance from the midpoint of the fifth lumbar spinous process to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis.
		坐骨结节间经（IT，出口横经T0）： Ischial tubercle diameter (IT, export diameter TO): 协助孕妇平躺，两腿弯曲，双手抱膝盖 To help pregnant women lie flat, two legs bent,two hands hold both knees. 测量时检查者面向孕妇外阴部，触到坐骨结节 Faceing to the vulva of the pregnant woman when measuring，touch the ischial tubercle. 测量两坐骨结节內缘间的距离 Measure the distance between the inner edges of the ischial tuberosity.
		耻骨弓角度： Pubic arch angle: 嘱孕妇两腿弯曲，双手紧抱膝盖 Tell the pregnant women two legs bent,two hands hold both knees 用左右手拇指指尖斜着对拢，放置在趾骨联合下缘，左右两拇指平放在耻骨降支上 Opposite the right and left thumbs sideling， placed in the lower edge of the pubic symphysis，placed left and right thumb on the descending limbof the pubis flat。估计两拇指间角度 Estimate the angle between the two thumbs.
检查结束 End of the inspecting	17	整理物品，七步洗手法洗手 Arrange the items， wash hands with seven steps	2 2 4 8 1
		记录结果 Record the results:三元催化清洗剂：宫高：CM 腹围：CM 胎方位：胎心率：bpm Height of the uterus： __ cm. Abdominal circumference： cm position of foetus： Fetal heart rate： __bpm. IS-IC-EC-TO: CM CM CM CM 耻骨弓角度： Pubic arch angle
人文关怀 Humanistic Care	8	男医生检查要有以为女护士在场 Male doctor check to have a female nurse present.	2 2 2 2
		检查前需告知孕妇此次操作目的 Before the inspection, inform the pregnant women the purpose of the operation.
		动作轻柔，了解孕妇检查结果后感受并予以关怀 Action gently, give your solicitude to the pregnant women after inspection。最后向孕妇交代检查结果 Tell pregnant women the results。
