低温油墨江阴,北临长江,地处长三角苏锡常核心部位,小巧、轻灵的空间感觉是它的基本特征。体育场用地北侧是江阴的黄山风景区,南侧是未来的城市中心。3万人体育场座位最佳布置的要求,使其在功能和城市关系上达成了一致,自然形成了向山体和城市的开口,关注赛事之余,可以看到黄山的自然风光和南侧的城市景观。
体育场单一特殊的功能、结构的制约,使得屋顶成为了其形象的主要元素。为与江阴水乡城市的文化特征契合,塑造轻灵漂浮的感觉,自然想到了膜这种柔性材料。作为新型材料,PTFE 膜材具有15%左右的透光率,使其在有光情况下质量感很轻。设计希望屋顶具有一种漂浮的感觉,尽可能地把钢结构隐藏,最大限度地表现膜自身的特点,以体现轻灵、飞翔的设计意图。因此结构选型上选择了钢桁架加前后索的动态体系,自重靠后索,稳定靠前索。整个屋顶的空间曲线是索传力要求的真实体现,自然的形式表现出了巨大的张力,对内场形成了强烈的包容感。膜结构单元清晰地体现了构造和传力
体系,使整个建筑纳入了一套严格的体系中。而膜结构单元中部的ETFE 天窗,为下部看台带下更多的光线,同时也成为了体育场的标志性构件。柔性结构大大加快了体育场的施工进度,也有效控制了整体的用钢量。
江阴体育场膜结构篷盖由两片沿主看台对称布置的梭状膜结构体系组成,是由钢桁架、钢索、PTFE 及ETFE 膜材构成的空间张拉体系,桁架最大悬挑长度为48.2m ,
结构主体部分采用PTFE 膜材,天窗采用ETFE

沿采用阳光板,总覆盖面积为20 652m2,展开面积为23 591m2。
钢结构主体由支撑在土建结构钢筋混凝土柱顶的12榀主桁架构成,其上分别连接有前吊索、后吊索、压杆以及小吊索,形成一个反张弦梁体系,主桁架前后端通过联系桁架连接在一起,中部沿横向设置一道通长支撑桁架,以加强主桁架的侧向稳定性和整体刚度;外侧后拉索拉于相应柱的三层楼层处,内侧平衡拉索固定于场外地坪处。当篷盖结构承受向上的风荷载作用时,内侧平衡拉索可以起到限制主桁架前端向上位移的作用,当篷盖承受向下的雪荷载作用时,后拉索和主桁架的吊索体系可以起到限制主桁架向下位移的作用。由飞柱、钢索和PTFE膜材组成的飞柱体系连接在主桁架之间,通过顶升飞柱给膜面施加预应力,使整个体系产生足够的刚度,以抵御外部荷载,并能很好地控制结构体系的位移和变形。本工程的飞柱体系与支撑桁架的协同作用,可以充分保证主桁架的侧向稳定。
基地的限制使二层以上的看台向外有较大的倾角。屋顶也呼应了这种关系,向后有较大的悬挑,完成了与下部混凝土结构对话的同时,也有效地迎合了钢结构本身的受力要求。整个建筑因此而表现出了极强的动感,就如同运动员待命起跑的态势。
偶然的机会,中国美术学院彩研究所介入了体育场的彩设计,他们接受了建筑所要求的漂浮和轻灵感觉。设计中将体育场看台混凝土板底设计为从粉蓝到黄的渐变,有效削减了混凝土的质量感。其
次是座椅采用6渐变,分区赋彩的方式,绚烂的彩宛如跳跃的音符,又如彩的浪花,在巨大的白膜顶下,将实体的看台虚化了,使得整体都如同漂浮在空气中一般。□
Jiangyin, north to the Yangtze River, located in the core of Yangtze River Delta of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, is characterized by small, exquisite, light and agile space. The north of the stadium site is the Mt. Huangshan Scenic Area of Jiangyin, and the south is the future urban center. The optimum seat layout of the 30-thousand-people stadium achieves consistence between its functions and the city relation, naturally forming an opening toward the massif and city, which allows the spectators to enjoy the natural scenery of Mt. Huangshan and the townscape on the south during the break of the game.

4-6 膜构效果/View of membrane structure of its image. The soft material membrane has been chosen to agree with the cultural characteristic of Jiangyin as a water village city and build the feeling of legerity, agility and flotation. As new material, PTFE membrane material has about 15% transmittance, which makes it very light under illumination. With an aim to give a kind of floating feeling to the roof, the designer has concealed the steel structure and manifested the intrinsic features of the membrane as much as possible so as to embody the design idea of legerity, agility and flight. Therefore, in terms of selection of building structural system, the dynamic system of steel truss plus fore and post stay has been chosen, where the self-respect relies on post stay and the stability on fore stay. The space curve of the whole roof is the true embodiment of stay transmission requirement. The natural form shows the great tension and a strong sense of containment in the site. The membrane structure unit clearly embodies the structure and transmission system, fitting the whole architecture into a strict system. The ETFE skylight on the middle of the membrane structure brings more
light to the lower stand becoming a landmark component of the stadium at the same time. The soft structure has sped the construction progress of the stadium and controlled the overall steel consumption.
Jiangyin Stadium membrane tenting, consisting of two fusiform membrane structural systems arranged symmetrically along the grandstand, is a space tensegrity system made up of steel truss, steel cable,PTFE and ETFE membrane materials. The maximum overhang length of truss is 48.2m. The main party of the structure uses PTFE membrane material and the skylight ETFE membrane material; the skirt uses sunlight panel; the total coverage area is 20 652m 2,and the developed area 23 591m 2.
The steel structure consists of 12 primary trusses supported on the reinforced concrete capital of structure, the top of which is linked with fore suspension cable, post suspension cable, compression bar and small suspension cable, forming an adverse tension truss system. The front-end and back-end of the primary truss are connected by linking truss, and the middle is set up with a full-length supporting truss along the transverse direction to enhance the lateral stability and overall rigidity of the primary truss; the
lateral backstay is pulled on the three-floor-high place
