应变率下聚氨酯泡沫材料动态力学性能研究

摘要:在静力试验的基础上,利用INSTRON-1185型万能材料试验机在快速加载条件下对不同应变速度的聚氨酯泡沫材料动载抗压性能进行了较系统的试验,完整给出了聚氨酯泡沫材料在高应变速率下的动态应力应变曲线,定性研究了聚氨酯泡沫材料的动态力学行为,探讨了该材料性能与加载速率的关系,得到了考虑应变率效应的材料动态本构关系,最终给出了便于工程应用的材料静态和动态力学参数之间的关系.
