31期 摘要：为了更好地提高石墨的品位，研究石墨浮选中阴离子捕收剂的作用机理，本文以十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为捕收剂用于石墨浮选提纯试验。试验选用黑龙江萝北某厂生产的石墨精矿为原料，确定了十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最佳用量，并考察了不同的酸碱环境对石墨浮选的影响。试验结果表明，十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为捕收剂用量为30mg进行浮选试验时可使石墨的固定碳含量由洗头床92.94%提高到94.09%；而且在pH=5时，石墨产品的固定碳含量94.07%，产率为75.12%。 Abstract银钟花： In order to obtain a higher grade of graphite and study the mechanism of the graphite flotation with anionic collectors，模切机刀模 this work presents a flotation with sodium sedecyl benzene sulfonate as collectors to purify the graphite.
