工艺过程的力学分析,并进行了主要部件的强度设计和分析。
卷板机是现代工业中不可缺少的重要设备之一。从结构特点上来看,卷板机主要由一个上辊两个下辊(呈宝塔形状)组成,用该机加工圆孤形成工件时,是由上辊垂直往下移动的同时进行转动, 对工件(即钢板)产生向下的压力P;而压力P必须克服工件的屈服强度,使其产生弯曲变形,然后下面两个下辊向同一方向进行转动,从而移动钢板而达到加工成一定曲率半径R的(圆孤) 成形工件。当加工的工件材质一定时, 压力P的大小只取决于工件的厚度与宽度b及两下辊间距离L。
提高单位时间工效是经济效益的直接体现。提高经济效益只靠职工的操作熟练程度是不够的,还得有性能良好的设备,也就是软、硬件要相符。大体上职工的技术水平和设备还是相配的,唯独缺少的是在加工细节的同时缺少一些设备。
三辊式卷板机设备简单,投资较少,适合多品种、小批量钢管生产。本论文设计的就是对称式三辊卷

Abstract
This paper has designed the plate bending machine, that can automatically roll, which has satisfied the need of the shaping of plate rolling in production. This paper has introduced the development of the plate rolling aboard and domestic, the structural design of the plate bending machine, the mechanics analysis of the wind up process engineering, and it has also designed and analysis the strength of the main parts.

Plate bending machine is one of the most important equipment in modern industry. Seeing from its structural characteristic, the plate bending machine is mainly made of a top roll and two bottom rolls, which look like the pagoda, while producing work piece with this machine, it’s the top roll that is moving downwardly while it’s revolving, which give the work piece(steel plate)the pressure P; the pressure P must overcome the yield strength of the work piece to make it bend, then the two bottom
roll would revolve in the same direction, as a result of this, the steel plate would be moving and being machined to the finished work piece with certain radius of curvature. While the material of the work piece is fixed pressure results with the thickness and the width of the work piece and the space between the two bottom rolls.
Improving unit time work efficiency is the direct embodiment of economic benefits. It’s insufficient to just rely on the operating performance while raising the economic benefits. It’s also necessary to have equipment with good performance. That’s to say, the soft ware should conform to the hard ware. By and large the technical level of staff with equipment can match well, what we can improve is that while processing some vigorous work piece the equipment is not so sufficient.
The three-roll plate bending machine is single, and it needs comparatively less investment, so it suit the production of varied, small amount of steel tube. What this paper has designed is the symmetric 3-roll plate bending machine.
