Feasibility study of smelting silicon aluminum alloy from Fushun shale slag投票箱制作

Abstract:Fushun shale Slag is an inorganic mineral produced by shale refining.Due to the high silica aluminum-rich elements,the application of silicon aluminum alloy smelting is well worth studying.In this
paper,the electrothermal reduction and smelting test was carried out by using shale Slag as the main raw material,with petroleum coke reducing agent,sodium base or amino sulfite waste liquid.The results showed that the aluminum ferrosilicon alloy made from shale slag contains about 15%of aluminum,59%of silicon and 23%of iron.The product purity of the smelting is higher,and the possibility of conversion from shale Slag to metal alloy is realized.The aluminum alloy is present in aluminum alloy,and the iron is mainly in the phase of silicon iron and aluminum silicon,which also contains a certain amount of silicon carbide.The most alloys are silicon,which is distributed across the entire alloy section,while aluminum is more than silicon.Iron is also with silicon in the form of silicon,and vanadium and titanium are symbiotic.

（收稿日期2017-12-29）（1）以页岩渣制取的铝硅铁合金中含铝约15%， 含硅59%，含铁23%，从成分上看冶炼的产品纯度较高，实现了由页岩废渣转变为金属合金的可能性。 （2）合金中铝主要以铝硅铁合金相形式存在，而铁主要以硅铁相和铝硅铁相形式存在，其中也含有一定量的碳化硅。 扫地机滚刷
（3）合金最多的是硅，硅在整个合金断面均有分布，而铝多与硅在一起，铁也是与硅以硅铁形式在一起，钒与钛共生。
