摘 要
搅拌可以使两种或多种不同的物质在彼此之中互相扩散，从而达到均匀混合；也可以加速传质和传热过程。在工业生产中，搅拌操作是从工业开始的，围绕食品、纤维、造纸、石油、水处理、建筑等，作为工艺过程的一部分而被广泛应用。就以建筑为中心设计一款混凝土搅拌机供参考使用。
本次设计的混凝土搅拌机它是强制式卧轴混凝土搅拌机中的一种，强制式混凝土搅拌机不仅能搅拌干硬性混凝土，而且能搅拌轻骨料混凝土，能使混凝土达到强烈的搅拌作用，搅拌非常均匀，质量好，生产率高，成本低。它是国内较为新型的搅拌机，整机结构紧凑、外型美观。其主要组成结构包括：上料、卸料系统，搅搅拌传动系统，拌装置，供水系统，机架及行走系统，电气控制系统，润滑系统等。主要设计计算内容是混凝土搅拌机机架的设计，主要包括：机架结构方案的确定、机架上所有部件之间相互位置的确定、机架上所有部件与机架的连接方式及安装位置、机架外形尺寸的确定、机架钢结构的选材、完成机架总成图及零部件图电气控制原理图。 翻模机
