LD50 of Trichlorfon by Intraperitoneal Injection to Mice

Abstract[Objective] The aim was to understand LD50 of Trichlorfon to mammalian. [Method] The LD50 and 95% confidence interval of Ligaofeng Refined Trichlorphon (so.csdn/api/v3/search?p=1&t=all&q=Bayer Sichuan,咖啡玉米 33.3%) in Kunming strain mice were studied by modified Karber’s method. [Result] The LD50 of Trichlorphon in mice was 640.0 mg/kg, and the 95% confidence interval was 592.5-687.5 mg/kg. In addition, the rate of death in mice significantly correlated with the logarithmic dose of Trichlorphon. [Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for the safe application of Trichlorfon.
