还有一些四边封，等少见有特殊用途的制袋机.万变不离其宗，他们的组成主要有以下几个部分：放卷部件，成形部件，纵封部件，插边部件，张力部件，牵引部件，切断部件，横封部件等一些辅助部分。我今设计的是低速普通制袋机，它是三边封，中封两用制袋机，它最大可以做宽300MM的袋子，无论是印刷袋，空白袋都可以做。速度由变频控制，主电机还有减速机保证其工作时的稳定性和速度的调节，整机主要有以下几个部分组成的：
1.卷料装置.其主要有一根气涨轴来穿
在膜中心的硬纸板上，然后通过给轴
冲气使轴涨紧，从而保证料不松动.气
涨轴的另一端装有齿轮，齿轮通过电
机带动使其按设定的速度放料.
2.放料装置.其主要有一个张力部件，三
角架，龙门架，光电自动纠偏仪和一些辅助滚动的滚筒构成.张力部件旁边装一个接近开关，从而组成一个可以自动放料的系统，当张力部件由于料的拖动而离开接近开关时，接近开关就显示红光，此时电机就转动来带动和张力中心轴转动从而达到放料的目的，当张力部件随着料的下放又回到接近开关的旁边.(注：接近开关为高频振荡型)即回到接近开关中的磁场中时，电机就停止转动.其工作周期由电控箱调节.并且电机转动的快慢即每个工作周期放料的快慢主要由变频器来调节，此电机的作用非常重要，所以要对其电机设定一个特殊的控制箱，确保它工作时和整台机器的同步性.三角架主要起一个变向作用，把料由横向通过三角架变为纵向.(变为纵向的目的是要装上两只眼睛<；即光电跟踪器>)好让其工作时便于自动调整.两只光电跟踪器通过对料上光标的跟踪确保料在其拖动中发生移动后自动
