油茶鲜果静压力学特性试验

强1,2,郭京臣1,2,杨硕1,2,李明真1,2(1.天津市轻工与食品工程机械装备集成设计与在线监控重点实验室,天津300222;2.天津科技大学机械工程学院,天津300222)摘要:为探究油茶鲜果及油茶籽的压缩力学特性,选用含水率在55.9%~62.5%之间的油茶鲜果为研究对象,采用MTSE 45电子式万能材料试验机对油茶鲜果进行静压破碎试验。试验进行前,通过预试验确定了合理的加载速率,即加载速率在10~50mm ·min -1之间比较合理,然后将油茶鲜果按直径大小进行分组,分为大组、中组和小组,在加载速率为20mm ·min -1下分别进行了静压破碎试验;选用直径25~30mm 的中等大小油茶鲜果在加载速率为20mm ·min -1下进行了横向加载与纵向加载的静压破碎试验;选取直径30~35mm 中等尺寸油茶鲜果,将其分为5组,使用加载速率为10,20,30,40,50mm ·min -1进行静压破碎试验;并分析了加载速率、直径大小、加压方式对油茶果破壳力峰值的影响。结果表明:加载速率对油茶果破壳力的影响不显著;横向加载所需最大破壳力均值为328.87N ,纵向加载所需破壳力均值为302.96N ,且横向加载时破壳力的平均峰值高于纵向加载;油茶果的直径与破壳力有直接关系,油茶果的直径越大,所需破壳力也越大。当加载速率为20mm ·min -1时,横向加载时最大直径的油茶果鲜果的破壳力为559.99N 。最后将油茶籽按直径大小进行分组,测得了油茶籽的破壳力大小。试验中测得油茶籽的破壳力最大值为339.87N 。研究结果为油茶果剥壳机关键部件的设计与优化提供参考。

Experimental Study on the Static Pressure Characteristics of the Fresh Fruit of Camellia Oleifera

cording to their diameter:large group,medium group and small group.At the loading rate of 20mm ·min -1,the static crushing tests were carried out.In this paper,the static pressure crushing tests of the middle size camellia oleifera fresh fruit with the diameter of 25-30mm were carried out under the loading rate of 20mm ·min -1.The fresh fruits of Camellia oleifera with a diameter of 30-35mm were selected.It was divided into 5groups,and the static crushing test was carried out with loading rate of 10,20,30,40,50mm ·min -1.The effects of loading rate,diameter and pressure mode on the peak value of breaking force of camellia oleifera were analyzed.The results showed that the loading rate has no significant effect on the breaking force of camellia oleifera fruit,and the average value of the maximum breaking force required by the transverse loading was 328.87N.The mean value of shell breaking force required for longitudinal loading was 302.96N.And the average peak value of the shell breaking force under transverse loading was higher than that under longitudinal loading.The diameter of camellia oleifera fruit was directly related to its breaking force.The larger the diameter of camellia oleifera fruit was,the greater the breaking force was.When the loading rate was 20mm ·min -1,the breaking force of the largest diameter of camellia oleifera fresh fruit was 559.99N.Finally,camellia 薛强,郭京臣,杨硕,等.油茶鲜果静压力学特性试验[J].沈阳农业大学学报,2020,51(5):593-598.沈阳农业大学学报,2020,51穴5雪:593-598
