摘㊀要:为改善导电油墨的导电性能ꎬ以自制膨胀石墨为原料ꎬ在液相剥离法制备少层石墨烯
的基础上ꎬ将复合石墨烯和碳纳米管作为导电相ꎬ以环氧树脂作为黏结剂制备导电油墨ꎮ利用SEM等手段表征石墨烯和导电油墨涂层的形貌特征ꎬ采用霍尔效应法测定少层石墨烯的薄膜电导率ꎬ应用四探针薄膜方块电阻测试仪测试导电涂层的方块电阻ꎮ结果表明:用液相剥离法制备的石墨烯表面形貌完整ꎬ边缘略有卷曲呈薄纱状ꎬ厚度为2.1~3.2nmꎬ层数小于3层ꎬ电导率达到
104~105S/mꎮ当复合导电相中石墨烯质量分数为20%时ꎬ导电油墨的方块电阻最小为25.2Ωꎮ石墨烯和碳纳米管复合可显著增大导电粒子间的有效接触面积和导电网络的完整性ꎬ有效提高导电油墨的导电性能ꎮ

混合交换yresinasbinderꎻcharacterizingthetopographychar ̄acteristicofthecoatingofgrapheneandconductiveinkusingthatmethodoftheSEMꎻmeasuringthefilmconductivityofthelowlayerofgrapheneusingthehalleffectmethodꎻandtestingtheresistanceoftheconductivecoatingbyusethefour ̄probefilmcuberesistancetester.Theresultsshowthatthegraphenepreparedbyliquidphasestrippingmethodhasanintactthesurfaceꎬwithslightlycurlededgesofgauzeꎬthethicknessof2.1-3.2nmꎬthenumberoflayersoffewerthan3ꎬandtheminimumelectricalconduc ̄tivityof104-105S/mꎻthepresenceofthegraphenemassfraction(20%)inthecompositeconductivephasemeansaminimumsquareresistanceofconductiveink(25.2Ω).Grapheneandcarbonnanotubesenablesasignificantincreaseintheeffectivecontactareabetweenconductingparticlesandtheintegrityof
