第一中文摘要:酵素又称农用酶,是酵素菌在维持生命活动过程中分泌的一些酶和活性物质$近年来,兴 起了大量关于酵素的研究,在畜禽生产中,饲喂酵素可提高饲料的消化率,降低畜禽消化系统疾 病发病率,增强畜禽免疫力,催化分解饲料,提高饲料转化率和利用率,改善肉质,提高产量等, 同时,饲喂酵素还可减少畜禽体内兽药残留量,减轻畜禽粪便臭味等$研究将贵州山区常见药 用植物:艾叶、鱼腥草、千里光、青蒿,分别制作单品酵素及复合酵素,按照5%的比例与水混匀 后给肉鸡直接饮用103天,肉鸡重量和成活率明显提高,肉质更优。同时,由于鸡舍内刺鼻气体 明显减少,呼吸道疾病发病率随之降低,有效提高了肉鸡生产性能,为早期肉鸡养殖中减少或不 使用抗生素,减少兽药残留提供了参考$ 关键词:酵素;肉鸡;死亡率

Application study of enzyme in broiler culture

Abstract : Enzymes , also known as agricultural enzymes , are enzymes and active substances secreted by enzymes in the process of maintaining life activities. In recent years , a lot of researches on enzymes have been developed. In animal produc tion ,feeding enzymes can increase digestibility of feed , reduce the incidence rate of digestive diseases , enhance the immuni ty of livestock and poultry , catalyze decomposition of feed , increase feed conversion and utilization , improve meat quality , and increase production. At the same
time , feeding enzymes can also reduce animal residues in livestock and poultry and re duce livestock manure. Stink , etc. In this study , the common medicinal plants in Guizhou mountainous area , such as wormwood leaf , Houttuynia cordata , Senecio , Artemisia annua , were used to make single enzyme and compound enzyme respectively , which were mixed with water at a proportion of 5 % , and then fed to broilers directly for 103 days. The weight and survival rate of broilers were significantly improved , and the meat quality was better.
