本设计是针对SHL35-2.5-A的低压燃烟煤锅炉进行的。本设计是在现场参观的基础上,通过查阅大量的文献和资料,结合所学专业知识,对锅炉进行了总体布置和全面的热力计算。目的是掌握锅炉设计的一般计算方法及计算步骤。
锅炉总体结构采用双锅筒横向布置,上升烟道为燃烧室和凝渣管两部分,垂直下行烟道中布置省煤器和两级管式空气预热器,锅炉炉膛全部布满光管水冷壁。设计本着锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性为首要设计特性的准则。综合考虑燃烧,传热,烟气和空气以及工质的动力特性以及磨损和腐蚀。在锅炉设计的过程中,主要考虑的因素是保证炉内着火,炉膛内有足够的辐射热量,煤的燃尽程度以及合理的烟气速度和排烟温度。同时,还要确保有一定的气密性以保证炉膛内进行负压燃烧。在整个设计过程中作为技术支持进行了热力计算、强度计算和烟风阻力计算。其中热力计算包括炉膛、防渣管、锅炉管束、省煤气,空气预热器。为了使小
