带芯人孔        摘要;为了克服传统方法从茶叶中提取步骤繁琐、耗时长、过程难控制等缺点,从时间、试剂、产量和环保等因素综合考虑,得出的提取条件为采用溶剂萃取法,原料为云南大叶种茶叶10 g,水80 mL,提取时间2 h,乙酸乙酯萃取后吸附、结晶得到白晶体,提取率为0.66%。

单向隔离网闸大微动开关        Abstract;In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods in extracting caffeine from tea leaves, such as cumbersome steps, long time;consuming and difficult to control the process, the extraction conditions of caffeine were obtained. Based on the comprehensive consideration of time, reagent, yield and environmental protection, the extraction conditions of caffeine were obtained as follows: using solvent extraction method, the raw material of Yunnan large;leaf tea was 10 g, 80 mL water, and the extraction time 2 h, then, ethyl acetate extraction, impurity was removed and white caffeine crystals were obtained by adsorption and crystallization and the extraction rate was 0.66%.
